Cancellation Policy
Each session is held as a dedicated space, with time set aside that cannot easily be reallocated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will incur the full session fee.
Where possible, consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances.
Invoices are issued following the session and are expected to be paid within 48 hours.
